Job Summary

Philanthropy Intern responsible for supporting donor relations activities: research, write direct mail solicitation letters and follow-ups, assist with event planning and patron hospitality, support government affairs activities and outreach to government officials, research potential funders, draft reports and grant proposals, assist with donor acknowledgement and benefit fulfillment, create solicitation materials including mailings and PowerPoint presentations, and participate in professional development sessions. Internship runs September 2026 to May 2027 with 12–20 hours per week and occasional availability on nights and weekends for concerts and special events; the role emphasizes collaboration within the Philanthropy Team and adherence to the CSO's mission, with mentoring and group projects included.

Required Qualifications
