Philanthropy Coordinator

Job Summary

Manage the Raiser's Edge NXT donor database, overseeing gift entry, acknowledgment, reconciliation, and data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Lead prospect research initiatives using Blackbaud Target Analytics, develop campaign processes for event registration and donation forms, and analyze giving performance against annual goals. Serve as a strategic partner on major gifts, planned giving, and grants, while supporting donor events by managing logistics, ticketing, and virtual event technology. Direct operations of the organization's online store and maintain the electronic archival system for donor records. Provide administrative support to the Advancement team and collaborate on community engagement programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in nonprofit or administrative work
  • nonprofit fundraising experience
  • Knowledge of database systems
  • understanding of CRM used for fundraising such as Raiser's Edge/NXT
  • understanding of communications such as Constant Contact
  • Passionate about social justice and the work of NCLR
  • energized by a multi-faceted position as part of a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
