Job Summary
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Chief Philanthropy Officer and Senior Director of Philanthropy, Annual Campaign. Manage the annual Donor Honor Roll process, process pledge submissions, and maintain accurate donor records within the CRM system. Coordinate expense reporting, assist with scheduling donor visits and campaign appointments, and prepare stewardship packets and presentations. Work with the Marketing team to update website content and support the execution of philanthropy events and donor recognition initiatives. Requires three to five years of administrative or nonprofit experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and the ability to attend occasional evening and weekend events.

- Must be able to attend occasional evening and weekend events
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Desired Qualifications
- College Degree preferred
- Minimum three to five years of professional administrative, nonprofit, fundraising, or related experience preferred
- Understanding of the Jewish community preferred
