Job Summary
The Philanthropic Relationships Manager at Aeon is responsible for developing and managing donor relations to support affordable housing initiatives. This full-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising or relationship management, with a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000. Ideal candidates will have experience in donor cultivation and stewardship, strong communication skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or relationship management
- Proven success in cultivating and stewarding individual and/or corporate donors
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Commitment to Aeon's mission of providing affordable housing and promoting housing stability
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to engage in interpersonal communication that is culturally responsive
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge)
- Background in event planning, sponsorship management, or donor engagement programs
- Understanding of principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion in philanthropy
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must either currently reside in and around the Twin Cities metro area, or plan to relocate to accommodate regular planned and unplanned on-site needs.
