Job Summary

Review and approve various transactions and documentation for philanthropic investment management and trust accounts. Support and oversee teammates conducting account opening, closing, money movement, and maintenance while ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for donor-advised funds. Alert teammates and fiduciary managers regarding potential risk items and exposure, then answer incoming calls, emails, and voice messages to address detailed questions from internal financial advisor teams. Follow up promptly to resolve issues or escalate for help as needed, accurately handling a significant volume of work under daily and weekly deadlines. Work in-office in Boston minimum of 3 days per week, with limited time off during year-end giving season. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Able to work in-office in Boston minimum of 3 days per week
  • Able to work extended hours/overtime, especially during year-end
  • Limited time off during year-end (due to giving season)
  • Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
  • Hours Per Week: 40
  • Pay range $90,800.00 - $158,600.00 annualized salary
  • Discretionary incentive eligible
  • This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan

Desired Qualifications

  • Customer service and financial services or non-profit/philanthropic experience preferred
  • Able to understand and evaluate transaction documents and details
  • Able to work with internal operations teams and vendor-partner team to resolve questions
  • Able to understand and analyze legal documents
  • Able to analyze and resolve complex issues
  • Able to handle calls with internal partners, outside institutions, and outside counsel
  • Able to review due diligence documentation re. charity and grant purpose eligibility
  • Able to manage revocations for financial advisor access to CGF DAF portal
  • Ability and inclination to learn and respond quickly, multi-task effectively
  • Experience in philanthropy/philanthropic services, DAF specific is a plus and would add value
  • Experience working in a Trust/Fiduciary setting and expertise in executing on the Fiduciary standard and related trust operational processing
  • Experience with high-demand client services
