Philadelphia, PA - Field Roof Inspector

Independent contractor Roof Field Inspector role conducting assessments on steep and high roofs, evaluating exterior and interior damage, and performing underwriting property inspections for Hancock Claims Consultants’ network. Must have a reliable vehicle capable of transporting a 32’ ladder, a lidar device or ability to obtain one, and basic MS Office proficiency. HAAG Certification is a plus; ability to obtain any required certifications to join contractor pool. Responsibilities emphasize safe navigation of roofs, weather-resilient inspections, attention to detail, strong customer service, and entrepreneurial mindset. Roofing/construction or insurance claims experience is beneficial but not required.
