Job Summary
Philadelphia Master Electrician / Qualifying Individual Advisor role focused on guidance, oversight, mentorship, and licensing support for the Greater Philadelphia residential electrical services business. Responsible for serving as the designated Qualifying Individual for the Philadelphia Electrical Contractor License, maintaining credentials, providing code compliance and permitting guidance, reviewing licensing and inspection matters, participating in compliance reviews, and assisting management with Philadelphia L&I questions. Ideal candidates include retired or semi-retired master electricians, former inspectors or contractor owners, with extensive experience and strong communication skills; primarily remote with limited field involvement and local candidates in the Greater Philadelphia Region.
Required Qualifications
- Philadelphia Master Electrician License in good standing
- 15+ years of electrical industry experience
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia electrical code requirements
- Experience with permits, inspections, and contractor licensing
- Professional communication skills
