Job Summary
Assist Regional Administrator in Bala Cynwyd office as a Philadelphia-based Home Care Administrator with a focus on Medicaid homecare management. Requires prior home care management experience, knowledge of state licensing and regulatory guidelines, travel to multiple states, a valid driver’s license with a car, and strong Microsoft Office and Zoom proficiency. Ideal candidate will have experience in home care agencies within Pennsylvania and report to the owners and Regional Administrator.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 3/4 years of experience working in a homecare agency with focus in management
- Strong understanding of Medicaid homecare – including state licensing and regulatory guidelines
- Must have valid driver’s license and car
- Be comfortable with traveling to various state where our offices are located
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Zoom meeting application
- Tech savvy, ability to easily pick up new technologies
