PHE Team Lead

Lead day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure customers receive quality products on time. Responsibilities include maintaining build schedules, verifying MO contents against shop travelers, performing advanced warehouse tasks (receive, put away, pick, pack, ship including LTL), decanting/putting away parts in automated warehousing, conducting inventory cycle counts, performing quality checks, ensuring on-time delivery and DOTp, supporting the Problem Resolution Process, training on SOPs, and collaborating with other departments to resolve damages or discrepancies. Requires strong leadership and communication skills, 4+ years of warehouse experience with equipment handling, familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (Movex and Astro preferred), and certification in equipment operation (Forklift, Order Picker, Turret Truck). Lift occasional 60 pounds. Position located in Indianapolis, IN, with emphasis on US-based residency or established presence; highly value diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
