Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Strong academic background in Medical Laboratory Science, Pathology, Molecular Pathology or closely related field
- Demonstrated research experience interfacing with hospital laboratories and working with clinicians
- Evidence of collaborative skills and ability to work with clinical and laboratory-based research teams
- Clear passion for research and commitment to advancing liver fibrosis biomarker discovery
- Valid Australian driver’s license
- Expressions of interest from domestic and international applicants
- Completed or expected to complete a masters degree with honours equivalent to first class honours or a Masters degree (AQF Level 9) with significant research component
- English language proficiency requirements for international applicants (IELTS/TOEFL)
- Some experience in multivariate statistical analysis beneficial but not required
