Job Summary
Design and develop AIE-active molecular materials for next-generation organic photovoltaics, focusing on aggregation-induced emission, molecular organization, and energy losses. Optimize charge extraction and operational stability through interface engineering and passivation strategies to facilitate scalable solar cells and modules. Conduct research studies primarily within the SDU CAPE research center, utilizing ISOS5 cleanroom and surface science facilities for thin film preparation and characterization. Develop independent ideas and communicate scientific results in English, with opportunities for research stays abroad.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (chemistry, material science, physics, electrical engineering and similar)
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Very good capability of communicating scientific results in English, both orally and in writing
- Research stays abroad
- Background checks may be conducted on candidates
