Job Summary
Coordinate prescriptions by collecting and verifying information to enable efficient physician review, while ensuring completeness, drug safety, and checking for interactions. Provide expert counseling to German-speaking customers regarding application, side effects, self-medication, and contraindications through the digital platform. Act as the primary contact for all medication inquiries by reaching out to physicians or patients via phone or email. Contribute ideas to optimize digital workflows and improve processes. Work remotely in the Netherlands with flexible hours between 08:00 and 23:00 daily.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pharmazeutisch-technische/r Assistent/in (PTA) oder Pflegefachkraft oder Arztassistent:in
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Verständnis medizinischer Fachterminologie
- Präzise, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Freude an digitaler Kommunikation
- Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld, selbstständig und proaktiv
- Vorzugsweise fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Wohnsitz in der Niederlande
- Good English or Dutch
