Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician responsible for order fulfillment, stocking, packaging, and inventory control to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Role includes verifying order details prior to pharmacist verification, labeling, assembling, and shipping products; coordinating with the Customer Experience Center to meet turnaround times and customer expectations; assisting with inventory management; maintaining a compliant pharmacy workspace; following SOPs and state/federal regulations related to prescription dispensing; protecting patient privacy; and collaborating with team members to support operations. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, ability to read and follow SOPs, and proficiency with software/tools used in a manufacturing/pharmacy environment; physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- PTCB certification preferred if not a state requirement
