Job Summary
Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist while providing exceptional customer service to consumers and clinic staff. Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies; process wholesaler medication orders; verify medication stock; and enter data in the computer to maintain inventory records. Work with the Pharmacist to assist in pharmacy functions and ensure compliance with all federal and state requirements. Perform various clerical duties relating to the department. Schedule includes Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts from 8:30am to 5:00pm with lunch from 12:30pm to 1:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Arizona
- 3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
- Ability to work onsite at 2311 W Royal Palm Rd. Suite P Phoenix, AZ 85021, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid US driver's license with good driving record
- Vaccination certified
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience
- Communicates with strong professional verbal and written communication skills
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment
