Job Summary
Dispense medical prescriptions under direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, verify medication stock, and enter data to maintain inventory records. Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies while processing wholesaler medication orders. Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and clinic staff, perform various clerical duties, and work with the pharmacist to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements. Deliver medications to facilities as needed using your own vehicle. Work Monday through Saturday, 8:00am to 6:00pm MST and 9:00am to 1:00pm MST, rotating the Saturday schedule to cover 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Colorado
- Pharmacy Technician Provisional License in the state of Colorado
- Access to reliable transportation
- Valid US driver's license
- Ability to use your own car to make deliveries as business needs arise
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm MST and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm MST
- Ability to work 40 hours during the specified time frame
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
- Pass a drug test before beginning employment
Desired Qualifications
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
