Job Summary
Provide incredible customer service by demonstrating patience, empathy, and care in a fast-paced environment. Perform accurate dosage calculations and conversions using basic math skills while adhering to all regulatory standards to ensure safe medication preparation and dispensing. Troubleshoot rejected insurance claims to address customer needs and accurately input prescription information. Maintain strict patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and properly handle medications following department policies. This part-time role includes morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend availability, offering a pay range of $16.50 to $17 per hour. You will grow within a family-owned company dedicated to helping people live healthier lives through exceptional food and compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
