Job Summary
Select and package prescriptions with accuracy and compliance, filling unit dose cards and managing bulk medications like liquids and inhalers with proper labeling. Organize patient bags, assist the dailies department, and maintain clean work areas while following guidance from trainers and managers. Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate precision in multitasking. Join our training program to earn your Michigan licensure while working full-time Monday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Licensure in the State of Michigan or eligibility for a program
- Knowledge of basic computer programs, pharmacy software, and related technology
- Ability to abide by HIPAA, maintaining patient confidentiality
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to understand medical terminology
