Pharmacy Technician Supervisor | Specialty Pharmacy Operations | $5,000 Sign On Bonus

Lead and supervise daily operations of Pharmacy Technician I, II, III roles and Access Coordinators within the Specialty Pharmacy Program; provide direct supervision, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations; manage staffing, timecards, and attendance; ensure adherence to policies, safety practices, and HR requirements; perform technician and access coordinator duties during staffing gaps; oversee workflows for productivity, quality, safety, and regulatory/ accreditation readiness (URAC, ACHC, Joint Commission); drive quality improvement, process optimization, and program planning; support education and precepting of pharmacy students and residents; contribute to policy development and implementation; foster a culture of learning, accountability, and patient-centered service; ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe work environment; collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and participate in leadership and accreditation readiness activities; mentor staff and maintain ongoing education/training for team members.
