Pharmacy Technician Supervisor

Supervise, mentor, and support IV Admixture Technicians while leading hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. Manage staffing schedules, PTO requests, and call-out coverage to foster a culture of accountability and safety. Prepare and compound sterile medications as needed, serving as a technical resource for pharmacy, nursing, and clinical staff. Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques, PPE requirements, and pharmacy regulations by conducting quality assurance audits on prescription accuracy, temperature logs, and equipment certifications. Oversee medication inventory control, coordinate drug purchasing, and monitor waste management processes. Requires an active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License, CphT certification, and 5+ years of IV compounding experience. Located in the West Valley, this role supports exceptional oncology and infusion pharmacy services within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
