Job Summary
Oversee pharmacy delivery order and fulfillment operations, including packaging, dispensing, staging, and bulk medication delivery. Direct fulfillment personnel while coordinating stock expiration reviews, inventory levels, and tote staging to meet daily production goals. Manage hiring, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions for staff, ensuring compliance with safety policies, state regulations, and HIPAA standards. Collaborate with pharmacists, billing, IT, and HR to implement operational improvements for cost reduction and quality enhancement. Work various shifts and days to support 24/7 pharmacy needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must understand medical terminology, math, and analytical skills

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy technician licenses/certifications required by state regulations and state of practice
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years managing the day-to-day operating activities of a healthcare environment or long-term care pharmacy
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Must be available for extended hours as needed
- Must comply with department policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress code
- Must comply with all applicable state and federal regulations related to pharmacy practices
- Must follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA
