Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician at STRIDE Community Health Center supports accurate dispensing under pharmacist supervision and performs pharmacy operations across 13 clinics in the Denver metro area. Responsibilities include dispensing medications, entering prescriptions and patient/payer information into pharmacy databases, completing 340B Drug Pricing Program and Medicare Fraud, Waste and Abuse training within 90 days, verifying 340B eligibility, assisting patients, handling phone/messages, processing RX transfers, inventory management, filling clinic and vaccine orders, submitting refill/Prior Authorization requests via the EMR, and performing daily cash handling and end-of-day reports. Requires high school diploma or GED, Colorado Pharmacy Technician Certification, and active BLS/CPR. One year of retail pharmacy technician experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM at Oneida Clinic with full-time benefits and a 90-day probationary period; compensation is an hourly range of $22.50–$27.00 depending on experience.
