Job Summary
Assist licensed pharmacists by providing medications and healthcare products to patients. Tasks include counting tablets, labeling bottles, stocking products, maintaining patient profiles and insurance forms, handling checkout and cash transactions, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy area, assist with inventory and ordering, and perform tasks delegated by the pharmacist to support accurate medication preparation and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State appropriate registration or certification
- 1 year prior customer service-oriented pharmacy related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Basic mathematical skills
