Pharmacy Technician

Process incoming prescriptions via electronic systems, fax, or phone; hand count, label, manage robot fills, and bubble pack medications. Develop relationships with patients by suggesting additional services and resolving issues like insurance rejections. Answer incoming calls and communicate with team members, patients, caregivers, and provider offices while offering pharmacist consultations. Provide hospitality by assisting customers with questions and ensuring they receive the medication and care they need under direct pharmacist supervision.
