Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician role as Pharmacy Liaison onsite in a hospital clinic or hospital office building supporting patient medication adherence and personalized pharmacy services. Responsibilities include collaborating with clinic teams to deliver hands-on patient care, educating patients on pharmacy services, assisting with specialty and retail prescriptions, conducting refill reminders, resolving insurance issues, supporting financial assistance, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to process improvements. Requires state-registered technician status (CPhT preferred) with 2+ years of experience; strong communication, organization, and tech skills; empathy and integrity in a team-focused environment. Required Qualifications
