Pharmacy Technician

Conduct daily pharmacy operations by picking up drug orders at nursing stations and preparing medications under pharmacist supervision. Deliver appropriate medication quantities to correct patient areas and assist with accurate billing and crediting. Maintain drug inventory in accordance with the Drug Formulary, including ordering, receiving, storing, and filing necessary paperwork. Monitor doses administered per the Medication Administration Record and maintain all forms and reports for narcotics control. Work under the direction of a licensed pharmacist while performing tasks independently.
