Job Summary
Coordinate and process medication refills, including data entry and claim adjudication. Place outbound refill calls to assist patients through the request process and respond to inbound inquiries from patients and providers. Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinical staff while maintaining and updating patient data in software systems. Spot trends, recommend improvements, and support process-improvement initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams. Uphold confidentiality and high-quality service standards as the voice of support for patients navigating their medication needs. This role requires an active Washington or Oregon pharmacy technician license, national certification, and 3+ years of experience. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM PST.
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington or Oregon pharmacy technician license
- National pharmacy technician certification (PTCB or NHA)
- 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience
- Solid computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to navigate the internet and web-based platforms
