Job Summary
Dispense medications throughout hospital areas, deliver drugs to nursing units, and prepare injectables, unit doses, and IV admixtures. Maintain accurate records and fulfill other duties as assigned while partnering with staff to meet customer service standards. Requires a current Maryland Pharmacy Technician License or eligibility to obtain one, with certification within 18 months. Pay is $24.50 hourly. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 403(b) match, tuition reimbursement, and generous PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Pharmacy Technician License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license
- Pharm Tech Certification and obtain PTCB certification within 18 months of employment OR MD Pharmacy Intern License (if not registered)
- Less than one year
