Pharmacy Technician - Patient Care Representative II - FT - Days (Mon-Fri) - MSP

Provides patient-centered customer service to internal and external clients; serves as a liaison between the pharmacy, payors, patients and providers; coordinates care to ensure patient intake, prescription processing, resolution of third party rejections, medication orders and delivery to the patient's preferred location (bedside, home, outpatient pharmacy); collaborates with clinical staff to facilitate patient and caregiver requests; performs activities related to pharmacy technician scope of practice; maintains compliance with department workflow assignments and metrics; communicates effectively in person, over the phone and in writing to provide customer service to patients, caregivers, physicians and pharmacists; coordinates care with clinical staff regarding any patient side effects or requests; supports staff training, onboarding; collects and reviews information to ensure timely coordination of care.
