Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician - Outpatient (PRN/Flexi) at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA. Responsibilities include care delivery and dispensing under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist or licensed independent practitioner; filling and delivering medications; ensuring adequate supplies; triaging questions outside scope; processing patient information in appropriate systems; maintaining quality assurance and operating pharmacy equipment. Requires a pharmacy technician license in the state of practice and a Virginia Pharmacy Tech License and CPhT certification. Experience preferred is one year, but not required. This PRN/flex role offers flexible hours with multiple shifts available and rotating schedules, located on-site in Woodbridge, VA.
