Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician responsible for the compounding and dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals and related services to medical care providers and facilities under regulated State and Federal guidelines. Performs quality control testing on dispensed products, ensures identity, purity and strength of medications, and compliance with handling and shipping requirements for radioactive materials. Provides customer service to internal and external customers, assists with timely delivery of nuclear pharmacy products, unloads and breaks down delivery cases, completes relevant paperwork, and assists with stocking and inventory. Follows SOPs and safety standards, and works both independently and as part of a team to support continuous learning and regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have and maintain clean driving record
- Ability to work a variety of schedules including evenings, holidays and weekends
- Excellent critical-thinking, interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Good judgment and self-discipline
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a Valid State driver's license
- Manual dexterity for manipulating small items
- Regularly lift at least 50 pounds and up to 75 pounds on occasion
- Able to stand, walk and sit for 4+ hours with limited rest intervals
- Good eye-hand coordination and hearing in at least one ear
- Ability to analyze situations, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective organizational skills

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
