Pharmacy Technician

Retrieve appropriate medication from inventory, input customer and prescription information into the dispensing system, and create prescription labels while adjudicating insurance claims. Complete paperwork for filling prescriptions and receiving drug orders, stock prescription medication, and order new stock for the Pharmacy Department. Promote pharmacy initiatives and clinical services to customers, prioritize workload, and maintain a clean, orderly pharmacy environment. Ensure patient information remains confidential while providing friendly service to enhance overall patient health. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
