Job Summary
Prepare and label prescription medications, measure and count drugs according to orders, and replenish automated cells while maintaining a clean dispensing area. Conduct regular stock rotation to prevent expiration and ensure proper labeling and patient instructions on all containers. Adhere strictly to federal, state, and local pharmacy laws, maintain HIPAA compliance, and assist in record-keeping for all prescription and medication-related information. Work in a fast-paced environment supporting licensed pharmacists in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care.
Required Qualifications
- Live within a reasonable driving distance of Jeffersonville, IN
- Active Indiana or national pharmacy technician license
- Onsite work

- Indiana Pharmacy Technician License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous pharmacy experience
- Able to select and lift objects from shelves and carry to order filling line
- Able to consistently carry 20 – 30 lbs. of merchandise short distances and 15 lbs. of merchandise on an extended basis from order filling station to conveyor
- Must be able to walk and stand throughout the entire shift
- Basic math, reading and writing skills
