Job Summary
Lead Pharmacy Technician role overseeing a designated pharmacy team, serving as subject matter expert, providing training to new hires and cross trainees, coordinating cross-training and scheduling, supporting continuous improvement projects (training guides and SOP development), diagnosing and improving team performance, and aligning with company core values; remote US-based position with responsibilities emphasis on training, process optimization, and team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED required
- Certified Technician with their home state’s Board of Pharmacy
- Experience in departmental workflows and processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management and organizational abilities
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication
- Ability to adjudicate claims and overcome rejections
- Adaptability to different training outcomes
- Ability to multi-task and support various aspects within Operations
