Job Summary

Design and deliver engaging lesson plans while overseeing curriculum implementation, lab standards, and instructional quality. Facilitate advisory board and programmatic faculty meetings, review course materials, and mentor new faculty members. Coordinate externship site visits, track graduate certification pass rates, and contribute to accreditation documentation. Evaluate student coursework within 72 hours, monitor attendance and academic progress to maintain an 80% success rate, and enforce safety and security standards. Manage supply inventory and maintain accurate student records. Requires a pharmacy technician certification, five years of industry experience, and three years of teaching experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree from an institution accredited by the USDE or CHEA
  • Graduate of an ASHP/ACPE-accredited Pharmacy Technician program or equivalent accredited specialty program
  • Minimum 5 years of professional pharmacy experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist
  • Current national Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) or Pharmacist license in good standing as required by Colorado state law
  • Current membership in at least one national and one state pharmacy organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of prior teaching experience in pharmacy or allied health
