Pharmacy Technician Lead

Job Summary
Lead Pharmacy Technician team to drive department efficiencies; provide training on department tasks to new hires and cross trainees; coordinate cross training; offer subject-matter expertise for continuous improvement projects including training guides and SOP development; support leadership in diagnosing and improving performance; embody company values; this is a remote full-time role with a schedule around 40 hours per week and potential after-hours availability. Must be a Certified Technician with the home state Board of Pharmacy and have a high school diploma or GED; prior experience with operational workflows and adjudicating claims is preferred. The position emphasizes training, team leadership, and coordinating departmental tasks within a pharmacy care management environment that serves patients nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Certified Technician with home state’s Board of Pharmacy
- Proven experience with departmental workflows and processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication
- Ability to adjudicate claims and overcome rejections
- Ability to multi-task and support various aspects within Operations
- Experience with training and SOP development
- Ability to work in a remote position
