Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician Lead position leading a designated pharmacy team, working with Pharmacy Supervisors/Managers to drive department efficiencies. Responsibilities include front-line contribution, training new hires and cross trainees, coordinating cross-training through scheduling, providing subject matter expertise for continuous improvement (training guides and SOP development), supporting leadership in diagnosing and improving team performance, and embodying company core values. Remote full-time role with potential extended hours as needed. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and state-certified technician credentials; strong attention to detail, time management, communication, and ability to adapt training programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Certified Technician with home state Board of Pharmacy
