Pharmacy Technician IV - 340B Program

Job Summary
Oversee the Pharmacy and Therapeutic Service Lines 340B operations, managing mixed use areas, contract pharmacy, invoice payments, procurement, and split-billing software testing to ensure program integrity. Assist the 340B Program Manager with day-to-day program management, self-audits, and external entity audits including HRSA while maintaining policy compliance and safeguarding controlled substances. Manage purchases, inventory controls, and accumulators, supporting cost savings initiatives and working with third-party administrators. Maintain adherence to pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED plus 4 yrs Pharmacy Tech Experience or Bachelors Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
- ASHP/ACPE accredited technician training or certificate program
- PTCB National Certification
- Work in a specialized technician role (controlled drugs, order entry, pharmacy buyer)
- Computer Skills (i.e. Microsoft Office and EMR experience)
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
- Annual TB Screening
- Criminal Background Check
- Substance Abuse Testing
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior supervisory experience
- 2+ years of UAMS pharmacy experience
- 340B Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate
