Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy Registration as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee, with National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) to be obtained within 2 years of hire
- Massachusetts Pharmacy Intern License (for Londonderry/Merrimack Valley satellite locations)
- New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy Registration as a Pharmacy Technician (for Londonderry/Merrimack Valley satellite locations)
- Ability to perform pharmaceutical calculations
- Ability to use pharmacy technology systems
- Proficiency in aseptic technique and compounding of sterile products
- Proficiency in compounding non-sterile products
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues
- Compliance with USP standards and DFCI policies
- Ability to participate in department meetings and cross-location collaboration
