Pharmacy Technician

Receive, review, and enter prescription data into pharmacy software, then retrieve, count, measure, and label medications prior to final pharmacist review. Unpack shipments, stock shelves, track expiration dates, and process wholesaler orders while ensuring proper storage and temperature monitoring of medications. Answer phones, assist customers at the counter, and handle third-party insurance billing. Work Monday-Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm with a one-hour lunch closure and Saturday 8:30am to 1:00pm. Participate in staff meetings, department trainings, and community outreach events as needed. Act as an ambassador for the organization by maintaining a professional appearance, demonstrating empathy, and ensuring confidentiality in all patient interactions.
