Job Summary
Replace Pyxis MedStation and floor stock medication daily, and replace unit and procedural tackle box narcotic stock while verifying documentation and ensuring all narcotic doses are accounted for. Assist in the preparation of IV admixtures. This pharmacy technician role supports manipulative and non-discretionary functions of pharmacy practice at MultiCare Deaconess Hospital, a Level III Trauma Center serving the Spokane region.
Required Qualifications
- Current Washington State Board of Pharmacy Technician License
Desired Qualifications
- Successful Completion of National Pharmacy Technician Certification Program
- Experience with medication reconciliation
- Hospital experience
