Pharmacy Technician II

Process medication orders via computer entry, prepare and assemble items for pharmacist review, and maintain inventory using pharmacy computer systems. Provide customer service by taking prescriptions, documenting required information, and handling interactions courteously. Validate insurance coverage for outpatient roles, manage cash and accounting reports, or compound, stock, and repurpose bulk medications for inpatient IV admixtures. Operate material handling equipment safely as assigned. Complete required state board registration before start date and adhere to HIPAA and data security guidelines.
