Pharmacy Technician II

Process prescriptions, enter patient data, count and label medications, and manage inventory while adhering to CSH policies, Joint Commission requirements, and Department of Health regulations. Assist patients, answer scope-appropriate questions, manage prescriber communication, and maintain a clean environment. Operate automated medication delivery systems, maintain stock levels, and participate in quality assurance programs with appropriate documentation. Prepare and distribute IV admixture medications, including hazardous chemotherapy if applicable, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
