Job Summary
Per diem Pharmacy Technician I (Outpatient and Ambulatory) at Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, FL. Works under direct supervision of licensed Pharmacists to provide distributive pharmacy services, assist with dispensing, compounding of non-sterile medications, inventory management, order processing via pharmacy automation systems, customer service, and data entry including insurance claims. Responsibilities include processing, labeling, packaging, and delivering prescriptions; assisting with inventory control; answering calls and coordinating deliveries; ensuring compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and safety requirements; and supporting pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPT LICENSE) - State of Florida (FL)
