Job Summary
Assist the pharmacist in all phases of department operation including IV mixture, medication profiling, packaging, record-keeping, stocking, clerical duties, and patient communication as assigned. Maintain a California Pharmacy Technician License and possess two years of experience with home care and infusion pharmacy responsibilities. This role supports St. Joseph Health System Home Care Services within a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.

Desired Qualifications
- Sterile compounding (USP <797> and/or USP <800>)
