Pharmacy Technician

Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies while assisting pharmacists in preparing pharmacy orders and compounding IV medications. Manage drug and supply inventory, conduct recalls, and oversee the clean room environment to meet standards. Prepare orders for shipment, track third-party deliveries, and address delivery issues. In the absence of the Chief Pharmacist, maintain patient medical records and perform ongoing assessments of patient care needs. Process orders and provide education on home medical equipment use, resolving service complaints to enhance outcomes. Requires pharmacy technician certification, two years of experience, and proficiency in IV preparation and order entry.
