Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment Overnight

Job Summary
Prepare prescription orders by verifying information, applying labels, and assembling medications into bins for overnight delivery to customers. Scan and alert the pharmacist on duty of any items that do not scan properly while maintaining clean, orderly workstations. Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply and assist in physical inventory or removing expired stock. Participate in training activities to gain proficiency in fulfillment workflows and consistently meet established accuracy and productivity levels. Work collaboratively with supervisors to keep operations flowing smoothly while complying with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (per state requirements)
- Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements)
- 1+ years of related experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
- Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire about inaccuracies
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Schedule: Overnights, M-F 12am-8:30am, every other weekend rotation
- This role will be performed onsite at a closed-door pharmacy in Boca Raton, FL
- All patient interactions will be over the phone
- Must be comfortable working in a high-volume environment
- Must possess intrinsic drive to excel coupled with values in line with company philosophy
- Ability to think ahead, plan and manage time efficiently
- Ability to analyze causes and solve problems at both a strategic and functional level
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all team members
Desired Qualifications
- National Certification preferred (PTCB)
