Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment at Guardian Pharmacy in Jacksonville, FL — responsible for filling and packaging prescription orders under supervision, applying labels, scanning and organizing into bins, and alerting the pharmacist to any scanning issues. Participates in training to gain proficiency across Fulfillment workflow areas; assists with inventory management, ensures adequate supply, and maintains a clean, compliant workstation. Requires completion of training period, eligibility for Florida Pharmacy Board registration, and prepared to work in a high-volume onsite setting with patient interactions conducted over the phone. Ideal candidate has 1+ years of related experience, strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and familiarity with regulatory requirements governing dispensing medications. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (per state requirements)
- Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements)
- National Certification preferred (PTCB)
- 1+ years of related experience
- Basic computer skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
