Job Summary
The ATP Pharmacy Technician is responsible for monitoring, filling, and organizing medication dispensing processes using automated machines, and will support inventory activities. Key responsibilities include processing bags through automated machines, ensuring quality assurance, stocking pharmacy inventory, organizing medication shelves, maintaining cleanliness of the work station, monitoring station queues, and meeting pharmacy goals for timely delivery. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to use multiple software programs to fulfill medication orders.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED required.
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- If no prior pharmacy experience, must be committed to registering with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and obtaining a pharmacy certification within one year of employment.
Desired Qualifications
- Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, preferred.
