Job Summary
Conduct pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision by assisting with prescription filling, managing inventory, and providing patient care via in-person or phone interactions. Adhere to Idaho pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical standards while maintaining full licensure at hire and obtaining certification within 18 months. Work flexible hours including Monday through Friday shifts from 8am-6pm and occasional Saturday mornings. Maintain current immunizations and pass required background checks and drug screens. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Current State of Idaho Pharmacy Technician license at hire
- Certified Technician license required within 18 months of hire
- Meets established Credentials Committee requirements for Pharmacy Technician scope of practice including fully credentialed, licensed and privileged
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Immunizations for all staff to include an annual influenza vaccine
- Pharmacy technician experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
