Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health in Apex, NC part-time role supporting pharmacy teams in prescription fulfillment, patient service, immunizations, and inventory responsibilities. Duties include following SOPs, assisting with drive-thru, pick-up, and in-store services; providing empathetic customer interactions; contributing to safe operations and regulatory compliance, including immunization support where permitted, and pursuing required licensure/certification per state guidelines. Required Qualifications
- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
- State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations
